Biography
Chief Davis joined the Cedar Park Fire Department in March of 1998, working his way through the ranks of Driver/Engineer, Fire Lieutenant, and then on to Fire Captain. Chief Davis was promoted to the position of Battalion Chief in January 2006. He currently leads the training division of the department.
Chief Davis is certified by the Texas Commission on Fire Protection as a/an:
- Advanced Firefighter
- Advanced Fire Inspector
- Advanced Fire Investigator
- Hazardous Materials Technician
- Incident Safety Officer
- Wildland Firefighter
- Driver Operator
- Fire Instructor 2
He is also certified by the Texas Department of Health as an Emergency Medical Technician.
Chief Davis lives in Smithville with his six children.
