Landlord Account Option*
If you intend to rent the property, this account option provides the owner the convenience for services to remain uninterrupted between tenants. The $100.00 deposit will be billed on the first months bill and is retained during the life of the account (not eligible to be waived). I understand that a $100.00 deposit will be charged on the first month’s bill for a new account. (The deposit can be waived with a Letter of Credit of a former utility company. It must be for the past 12 months with no more than 1 late payment and submitted within 30 days via email or fax. Statement histories will not be accepted.)*
I understand that all faucets must be turned off, water will not be connected if consumption is registered. The City will not be responsible for any damages to the property or inside the home due to any water leaks or open lines upon or after the City restores service.*
