2. Notes

   • Your room reservation is not final until you sign a contract and pay for your reservation. 
   • Room availability is very limited. Look for potential alternatives on the Visit Cedar Park website
   • Room requests are processed on a first come, first served basis
   • Staff will respond to your request within 3 to 5 business days
   • All reservations are subject to the City of Cedar Park priority status for City use. The City may, without notice, preempt any reservation of the rooms

   Community Room Information

   • Accommodates 75 seated people
   • Minimum rental time is 2 hours, with each additional hour priced separately
   • Folding tables and chairs available
   • General cost:
     • $100 per first 2 hours
     • $50 per additional hour

10. Availability for room reservations opens up one month in advance, starting on the 15th of each month.

    For example: room availability for the month of February opens up on January 15th.
