Lake Information
A fishing license is required and State fishing regulations must be followed. Texas Parks & Wildlife will be managing this lake and will soon be soon conducting a fish population survey to let anglers know what types of fish to expect in the lake at Lakeline Park. Visit Texas Parks and Wildlife Fishing Regulations page for information on obtaining licenses and future fish surveys.
You may bring your own boat – only canoes, kayaks and paddle boards are allowed. Mobile Kayak Rentals opens April 1. No motors, trolling motors or any other types of boats are allowed on this lake. Swimming is not allowed in this lake.
Phase 1
Phase 1 of Lakeline Park includes a 2.5 mile walk-run-bike loop around the lake, a 3,000-square-feet multipurpose pavilion (our largest!) for performing arts, corporate events and larger gathering, a universal playground for children of all ages, needs and abilities, kayaks and canoes rental, a fishing pier, great lawn, four miles of extra-wide concrete trails throughout the park, ten acres of athletics fields, wildfilowers meadows that are already blooming, and more! There are restroom facilities and abundant parking space.
Phase 2
When Phase 2 is completed, Lakeline Park will be Cedar Park’s largest park, with more than 200 acres.
