Each serving ideally is a 4-6 ounce serving (30-40% smaller than a "main" normal size version) so that each person can have room for trying everything. In addition, each item will be served separately so this way people can try each item individually and do not have to get an entire plate if they want to have a 2nd or 3rd serving of one specific thing. The idea with the menu is that each Private Chef will be serving 1 cohesive meal from their respective "restaurant" or tent.
