General Admission ticket price is $69 plus fees and you will have full access to all of the Chefs and menu items in addition to 3 drink tickets, which can be redeemed for beer and/or wine.
Each serving ideally is a 4-6 ounce serving (30-40% smaller than a "main" normal size version) so that each person can have room for trying everything. In addition, each item will be served separately so this way people can try each item individually and do not have to get an entire plate if they want to have a 2nd or 3rd serving of one specific thing. The idea with the menu is that each Private Chef will be serving 1 cohesive meal from their respective "restaurant" or tent.
Alcohol will NOT be sold at the event and can only be redeemed with a drink ticket. Alcohol service is subject to all TABC requirements and Beverage Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service to any guest if necessary.
The "pairings" are not paired in the traditional sense. The beer and wine tents will be specifically serving all of the beverage offerings. Each ticket holder will receive 3 tickets (the volume measurement to the equivalent of 2 drinks of beer or wine) and can go to the designated drink tent. Each ticket holder will be able to choose between beer and wine options on their own.
