Phone numbers are how we connect you with your projects, so it's important that the phone number on your account is a working number. You will receive an automated phone number verification call immediately after creating your account. This call will come from a Louisiana area code and must be accepted for verification of your account. Customer Online Portal
- Apply and Pay for permits, MasterCard/Visa options are available
- Schedule (inspection requests that are received after 4 pm will be scheduled but not guaranteed to be performed the following day)
- Search for permits
- Do this all online by using the Customer Portal
