Yoga with Padma

Wednesday, June 14, 2023

Ages 18+

During this session, yoga instructor Padma Patla will lead the group through gentle stretching and breathing exercises to increase wellness in body and mind. Padma has taught yoga at the YMCA, in workplace settings and has been a yoga practitioner for over twenty years. 


Please wear clothes you can move in and bring a yoga mat or towel. Ages 18+ are welcome. No registration required.
