Financial Crimes

City of Cedar Park Police 1973 Engage Inspire Protect Honor Accountability Empathy CommunityWe understand how unsettling it is to be a financial crime victim and want to do everything possible to bring closure to your financial crime case. In order to do that, we need a completed voluntary statement form and the crime-specific documents listed on the Financial Crimes Checklist (PDF) to ensure that you have everything required to file the initial police report. We also have the checklist available in Spanish (PDF).

Once the forms have been completed, you may either drop them off at the Cedar Park Police Department and speak with an officer to file the report or you may call our non-emergency number at 512-260-4600 extension 0 to request that an officer be dispatched to take a report.

In addition to filing a police report with us, we encourage you to look at other financial crime resources available through the Federal Trade Commission, including the opportunity to file a complaint, and with the Internal Revenue Service.
