Pay Citations & Warrants Online
Important notifications: You must read these prior to payment online.
The Cedar Park Municipal Court allows online payments in full, and partial payments (for those who have already been granted a payment arrangement), in most cases.
By paying your fine on this website you understand:
If you have not already entered a plea, you will enter a plea of No Contest or Guilty and waive your right to a trial by judge or jury. Upon entering your plea and paying online, a finding of guilt will be entered on your case.
If you elect to plead No Contest or Guilty and pay in full online, you must do so on or before your initial appearance date as listed on your citation. Per Judicial Order, failure to make timely appearance on your citation will result in the fine being increased by $100.00 or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less. If you cannot locate your citation or case on the online payment website by clicking the link at the bottom of this page, please contact the Municipal Court directly.
Not all cases filed with the Cedar Park Municipal Court are eligible for online payment due to statutory requirements or local policy. Examples of cases not eligible for online payment are shown below. Please contact the Court for payment options in these case types.
- Driver's Safety Course requests
- Deferred Dispositions
- Juvenile Cases
- Minor Alcohol/Tobacco offenses
- Dismissals
- Offenses involving Family Violence
If you are convicted of the offense of failure to maintain financial responsibility and you have prior convictions for this violation, your driver's license may be subject to suspension by the Department of Public Safety. You must contact the Department of Public Safety for questions regarding the status of your driver's license.
I hereby understand that in accordance with Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Art. 27.14(c), case payment will result in a waiver of a jury trial and a finding of guilty, which may be reported to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
I understand that if a Deferred Disposition or Driver's Safety Course was ordered in my case, and I did not fulfill the obligations of the Order, I waive the opportunity to successfully complete the terms of the Deferred Disposition Order or Driver's Safety Course for dismissal of the charge, ad understand a conviction will be entered. I waive my right to a show cause hearing and to any extension that might be granted by the Judge to successfully complete the deferral.
If you do not agree to these terms, or would like more information on additional options that may be available to you, please contact the Court directly.
