Out of Taxing District Library Cards
Resident Library Cards
If you live inside the City of Cedar Park Taxing District your city taxes (or your landlord's city taxes) support the Library. You are eligible for a library card with no additional cost to you, though you will be charged replacement costs and fees for lost or damaged items.
Out of Cedar Park (CP) Taxing District Library Card Fees
- $35 - 1 year subscription for an Out of CP taxing district Library Card
- $20 - 6 month subscription for an Out of CP taxing district Library Card
- $10 - 3 month subscription for an Out of CP taxing district Library Card

Discern if You Live in a Taxing District
- Cedar Park listed: Your tax bill (or your landlord's tax bill) will specifically list "City of Cedar Park"
