The City of Cedar Park's Industrial Pretreatment (IP) Program is responsible for protecting the City's Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW). The program requires all users of the POTW to remain in compliance with all federal, state and local pretreatment regulations through continual education, onsite inspection, sampling, and permitting of required users.
