Advanced Care Planning

Join us for a seminar on advanced care planning taught by Hospice Austin via the GIFT Project. This program provides free informational sessions to help people think about and initiate conversations with loved ones about what they want should they be unable to speak for themselves. Presenters can also help with filling out the necessary forms to make those wishes legal.
