The Cedar Park Police Department's Victims Services division is offering the following free events in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month.  All are held at Life Church, located at 300 Brushy Creek Road and free childcare is provided.  RSVP to  

Money Matters
Sunday, October 15, 1-3 p.m.
Learn details of financial/economic abuse and how to overcome it.  Learn hot to debt prioritize and how to properly save money.  

Domestic Violence Awareness Month Panel Discussion
Saturday, October 21, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Get the chance to speak with dispatchers, patrol officers, detectives and survivors.  You will be able to get information regarding every steop of the process of making a Domestic Violence report.  Light snacks will be provided.  

Sunday, October 22, 1-3 p.m.
Learn self-defense tactics from the professionals.
